Education, learning through play, 100% qualified teachers, and amazing play spaces - learn about the Ruahine Kindergarten Association approach that's part of all our locations.

Why Us
Two young girls practicing Chinese calligraphy outdoors at a table, one using a brush to write on paper.

Inclusive, Connection with Ahimate Reserve, Resilience, Sustainability.

At Ruahine Riverdale Kindergarten, every child is valued, respected, and supported.

Our calm, home-like space is filled with natural resources. This helps your child feel settled, supported, and free to be themselves. Tamariki are encouraged to follow their interests and lead their own learning. Through this, we build creative, resilient, and confident learners.

We take regular walks to Ahimate Reserve to connect with the land and develop a deep sense of place. Nature is our classroom, and every day brings a new chance to explore and learn.

It takes a village to raise a child – find yours with us. Pop in anytime — or if you'd prefer to book a visit, get in touch and let’s organise your free tour today or enrol!
