Why Us
A woman and four children sitting on the carpeted floor in a classroom, looking at a book and a poster about animals and science.

Kindness, Reflection, Connecting with Whānau, Strong Team.

Ruahine Kelvin Grove Kindergarten is a place where kindness, connection, and confidence grow together.

We offer your tamariki fun, hands-on opportunities in music, movement, literacy, science, and art. Kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Tamariki take part in regular field trips and Kind Hearts projects, which helps develop empathy and a strong sense of belonging.

Our passionate teaching team regularly reflects on their practice and works closely with whānau to share how your child is progressing. We invite families into our learning space and welcome visitors to share their knowledge and culture. Here, every tamariki is prepared for the future with pride.

It takes a village to raise a child – find yours with us. Pop in anytime — or if you'd prefer to book a visit, get in touch and let’s organise your free tour today or enrol!
